I did the night shift. Nothing much went wrong. The fire alarm kept going off and it was kind of scary but also funny. False alarm!
After my shift I had some ramen before I went to sleep... Serena texted me to say she was really upset about something. But she went to Bea's dorm and seemed to calm down. So I just slept for a long while. until, like, 6PM.
I woke up, went to get dinner... I got budae jjigae. Wow they gave me a huge portion! I think I ate like 1/4 before i was full.
I listened to the new Classic J album, it's fine to dream! Socks sings gang vocals on it. It's really good! If Folx didn't come out it'd be my fav album this year. It's really catchy, sounds really beautiful, super varied in production... it's honestly what I really wanted from a new Glass Beach album.
I couldn't secure any private area today. The three reading rooms are occupied, and the visitor's room is as well. So now I'm in the Educational Room, which is where everyone goes every morning to clock into work. Everyone gets together in this big room before 8AM, and a warden checks our numbers, then we head to work into the centre.
At night, it's vacant... Mostly. Because it's basically a public area unlike those other rooms, there are currently 3 other people here. So I can't call or anything. But my roommates were eating and talking in our room and I didn't really wanna use my computer in that environment. So I'm here for now. It's still a *bit* more private than our room.
I can probably watch movies and do internet stuff here but no calling or looking, at, like, pornography lol. Oh well. It'll have to do. Maybe after midnight one of the private rooms will have a vacant spot.
